We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Exchanges need to be returned within 30 days
• Refunds must be processed within 30 days. Handling fees apply
• Products must be unworn and unwashed
• Returns affected by perfume, deodorants or make-up will not be accepted
• Your item must be in the same condition with tags still attached and in its original packaging 
• You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase

We put loads of love into our packaging and delivery, but sometimes items take a rough ride and end up a bit worse for wear. If your item shows up damaged, drop us a line on our contact page.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and a few other factors, but we aim to have your order delivered within 5-9 business days. If you would like your order sooner, you can always upgrade to Express Shipping.

We're spreading the love globally by shipping your order everywhere. But hang on tight because international delivery times are as wild as a rollercoaster (plus, there could be some sneaky charges for our friends not in Australia).

We want your gear to last as long as possible and have picked the best fabrics, so we recommend that you avoid rubbing or wringing, opt for machine cold wash or even the delicate cycle. Skip the bleach, no dry cleaning and be cautious of rough surfaces and shape jewellery. Also, wash with similar colours.

Our product photos on the detail pages aim to showcase the colors accurately, but do remember that tiny differences may pop up in various lot-batches of certain products.
